How Much is Shipping?

We know that low shipping prices is important to you because it is important to us! We try our best to keep our shipping prices low and consistent and will promise to run specials for returning customers that offer FREE shipping. Enjoy FREE shipping all the time on orders over $75 in the US. **International shipping rates apply to Canada for the first 3 items. Canadians can order 4+ items to receive FREE shipping. 



 

What kind of wash and care do you recommend for these garments? 

We recommend you turn inside out and wash on delicate cycle with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. 

 

Can I make a Return/Exchange?

 

For items from our general collections (ex.coach collection, mom collection, etc.), we offer exchanges up to 30 days from purchase date. You can request your exchange by sending us an email at thefitteamshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the size/color you would like to exchange for. You will need to return your unwashed, unworn item to 1648 Boyce Fairview Rd, Alvaton KY, 42122 before your exchange is processed. (We do not provide return postage labels).


 

Items purchased from a team shop are also eligible for exchange up to 30 days from purchase date. However, as these items are custom created at the time of order, they are subject to a $15 restocking fee. They may only be exchanged for the same item in an alternate size.

 

You can request your exchange by sending us an email at thefitteamshop@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the size/color you would like to exchange for. You will need to return your unwashed, unworn item to 1648 Boyce Fairview Rd, Alvaton KY, 42122 before your exchange is processed. (We do not provide return postage labels).

 

**Return of an item that has a mistake made by us: It is our priority for your order to be correct. If you received an item with an incorrect print or other error made by us, we will fix the mistake, free of charge. 

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE items, decals, tumblers, koozies, or SC prizes.

Team Shop FAQs.

How Much does it cost to Open A Customized Team Shop?

We charge a ONE TIME Shop opening fee of $75 or $150 (depending on the level of shop you choose to open) to get your shop open. This includes up to 6 designs to be added to up to 5 different apparel options (unlimited designs and apparel options with the PREMIUM shop option!). One of the 5 designs typically includes your Team Logo, however, if you do not want to use your team logo as one of your designs you do not have to. 

 

What if I do not currently have a team logo. Can you design one for me?

Yes. We have a in house digital designer who can design a customized logo for you and your team for only $35. However, if you are opening a PREMIUM team shop and need a logo, we will take care of that for you for no additional charge! If you do use our digital designer for your logo, you will be provided with the image files after your logo is designed so you can use it for your own personal/business use as well. During the shop opening process, we will help to arrange payment for your new customized logo design if you require one. 

How Long is my Shop open?

Once we create a shop for your team, your shop will remain open as long as $100 or more orders are generated through your shop each month. Normally this is easily achieved for most teams. If your shop does not generate $100 or more of order for 2 months in a row, we will reach out to you about options that may include closing your shop or ideas to help you shop generate more activity. 

 

Can I add new Designs to my shop at anytime?

Yes! There is no limit to how many designs that can be added to your PREMIUM team shop. However if you have just a BASIC team shop with us, there may be a design fee to add the design and inventory to your shop. Typically design fees start at $35. Please contact us to arrange for new designs to be added to your shop!
